Hand Embroidery Workshop - “Botanic Muse”

• loads of tea, coffee, soft drinks and nibbles

 

In this workshop we will be working on a series of embroidery pieces designed by Tash of Ray’s Room as part of a collection called “Botanic Muse” inspired by the power of becoming. This art work is still being brought to life but will be released in advance of the workshop. 

As well as setting up your hoop you’ll learn basic stitches creating some line art as well as lots of techniques to create different floral and botanical effects. You’ll choose one of the series to work on, on the day. And you’ll take the rest home to enjoy and complete.  

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn hand embroidery. Or anyone who already knows and just wants to enjoy a relaxing day of stitching something beautiful in a group of fellow crafters.
