All course, workshop and studio session prices include a non negotiable, non refundable 35% deposit.

You can cancel and request a refund up to two weeks before the start date.

For example if you book a course that’s £95 and request to cancel for any reason, up to two weeks before the start date you will be entitled to request a refund for that amount minus the deposit of £33.25 (35% of £95). So you’d be entitled to a refund of £61.75.

You could choose to have this amount transferred to the cost of another Ray’s Room course, workshop or studio session. Or as a refund to the payment method used to book.

Requests for refund in the two weeks before the course or workshop starts or after non attendance of the course will not be granted. This is because materials and preparations will have already begun. And it’s an insufficient amount of time for me to have re publicise the course and fill the place.

Studio Sessions
If you need to move you session it's no problem at all. I do my very best to be flexible just ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to move your session. I’ll get you rebooked in as soon as you’re ready.

Refunds on Studio Sessions booked are subject to the same cancellation policy as detailed above.

If Ray's Room cancel
Since launching Ray’s Room courses and workshops in 2017 I have had to cancel or move a session a very small handful of times. Showing up for your session is of utmost importance to me. Having said that, I am a one woman band running Ray’s Room and I’m a real human being. So in the event of sickness or a family energy I may need to rearrange.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend a course session, workshop or studio session and am unable to provide a suitable replacement person to run the session - I will contact you with as much notice as possible to let you know. And I will then contact you provide a plan to reschedule the session.
