Materials
All included in the cost of your course:
- A charm pack of a designer fabric collection of your choice (42 5inch squares)
- all 100% cotton fabrics needed for quilt top, backing and binding.
- quilt wadding to give your quilt its puff
- a reel of sewing thread
- a pack of quilting pins
- use of spray baste, scissors, rotary cutter and mat during the course
- Loads of tea, coffee, soft drinks and nibbles
What you’ll learn
In this course you will learn the three elements to making your very own quilt - patchwork, quilting and binding. We will cover design, equipment, cutting, patchwork, basting, machine quilting and binding.
As well as your materials which are yours to keep, this course will also provide all the equipment you’ll need to make your quilt except the sewing machine. You will need to bring your own or a borrowed machine to each session of this course.

Who is it suitable for?
Anyone who wants to learn the art of patchwork quilting. Has access to a sewing machine. Basic understanding of your machine helpful.
